  I honestly don't know why I continue to patronize this CAVA location at Woodmore. Unfortunately, it's the closest location to me, and the experience continues to be disappointing. The customer service is subpar at best. The staff often seem to have an attitude, especially if you question something as simple as being served cold pita chips. The cleanliness is also concerning. The tables are frequently dirty, and even the food preparation and serving areas appear poorly maintained. What's most frustrating is that there are limited options in the area for a fresh, made-to-order salad or bowl. The CAVA location in Crofton is like night and day in comparison, both in customer service and the freshness and quality of the food. It's disappointing that two locations operating under the same brand can provide such drastically different experiences. I would love to see the Woodmore location improve because convenience should not mean having to compromise on service, cleanliness, or food quality.

  I normally love this Cava and the spicy lamb meatballs. But this time the lamb meatballs was so undercooked and raw inside, it was ridiculous. I couldn't eat it and ended throwing it away and wasting my money. What a disappointment!

  Man, I love CAVA! The food is always so fresh, filling, and full of flavor. I used the drive thru for the first time and loved it. It was perfect for a rainy day when I didn’t want to get out of the car. This location always has a great atmosphere and great service. I’ve never had any issues. I could honestly eat here every day haha! Obsessed!!!
