  My experience at Arby’s is pretty hit-or-miss depending on the location. When it’s good, it’s great—the roast beef is classic and the curly fries are always a hit. However, consistency can be an issue with service speed and order accuracy. I’d love to see a bit more attention to quality control, but when they get it right, it’s still a decent fast-food option.

  One of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been in. Waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was at the counter. Someone walked to to register and swiped some gift cards and left, finally telling someone in the back that there were customers waiting. A gal took my order and walked away for several minutes. During this time I could see food strewn all around the kitchen floor. The dri k station had spills all over counter and the floor. Tables don't seem to be cleaned ever.
