    The young lady wearing the Hijab covering over her head was preparing food when someone needed help on the register. She walked over to help with her gloves on, she touched all over the register screen to figure out what was going on. Afterwards she walked back over and continued preparing food with those same gloves on. Touching sandwiches and wrapping them.. it’s so obvious that cleanliness and food safety is not a priority at this establishment, especially from the looks of the dirty counter and two dead bugs behind the partition near the smoothie station. This all happened tonight 8/31/26 around 8:30 pm.

    It’s extremely hot inside this restaurant 🥵 it’s nicer outside than it is inside. The vibe is just … not it at all!! I usually go to the Waldorf location and they are so much nicer, more professional and just overall a better environment. If there is an issue with the thermostat. The owner/operator should really get on that. The only reason I’m doing this survey is because I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for a quesadilla… I hope it’s worth the wait.

    This is the absolute worst Tropical Smoothie Cafe I’ve ever patronized. I have gone multiple times in hopes it would get better, it hasn’t. It’s run by a group of young folks, I’ve never been able to catch a true manager there. Out of the 5 times I’ve ordered from this location only one time was my order done right. When you raise a complaint with the young ladies left in charge you get a stare only showing how little they care. Customer service is not taught here and since it’s the only one in the area, people continue to go here. Today was my last time going…I spend my hard earned money and can’t get my order how I place it…

    always had wonderful service and staff are always kind. food is always delicious and they are not stingy with toppings on bowls! truly wonderful experiences throughout the times ive come here

    This is by far the worst tropical smoothie. It was 🔥 hot in the store with no air conditioning. The staff didn't seem to help each other out until asked and seemed to had an attitude when asked to help out because one girl was working the register and trying to make all the drinks while it was getting busy, but she didn't complain. This restaurant needs more teamwork and A/C during this hot weather.
