  I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this one was common sense. I ordered a veggie hummus wrap through DoorDash, it was pretty delayed (by like 30 minutes). I was fine with that. The bigger issue was when I went to eat my food, there was chicken in a VEGGIE hummus wrap. I didn’t add any chicken. I’m vegetarian.

  We were not greeted when entering. The associates continued their conversation. When our order was taken, we noted that the young lady's uniform was filthy. Also, the team was playing rap music in the shop which included profanity. Food was good, which is why we visited.

  Is like the 3rd time i order a Nutella bowl and they just don't add the Nutella or just add honey drizzle

  Another stop in and it just keeps getting better The Acai Berry Boost and the Bahama Mama are absolute go-to’s, perfectly blended, super fresh, and packed with flavor every single time. Consistency is on point. Big shoutout to Nibilah for taking care of us up front, friendly, welcoming, and made everything easy. Maddie nailed the smoothies like always… you can tell she takes pride in what she’s making! The atmosphere is awesome too, clean, relaxed, and just a great vibe all around. This spot is officially in the regular rotation. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out.

  Worst service ever on 4/7/26 Drury Road laplata maryland. We entered the store and there was some kind of leak on the floor the cashier acknowledged us. One African American girl cleaning the floor, the other African American girl was in the back on her cell phone, never acknowledged us, continued to talk on the phone. After about 10 minutes she sauntered out along with the girl who was mopping the floor. We had to ask them to wash their hands. Then they started preparing our order and opted to prepare everyone else's order prior to ours, I guess because we asked them to wash their hands. Everyone else was served and we were the last in the store even though we arrived first. When we questioned why we were last, the taller A.A. girl had and attitude and said "I just pulled the tickets off in any order," we frequent tropical smoothie alot; however you won't have to worry about us stopping at this location again. I dont tolerate rude behaviors especially when our purchase is what helps them get a pay check. Maybe have them train at Chic Fila to understand customer service better.
