  Terrible customer service. My order was given to someone else. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for a refund and was told by Charles the manager, through an employee, to come back tomorrow to speak to Karen. I asked for the manager again. After he didn't come out and they left me standing there with no cheese bread and no refund. I pretended to take the napkin holder. All of a sudden he had time to talk to me and was really nasty. He threatened to call the police which was a total overreaction because there was no crime committed. Maybe holding him accountable for this horrible customer service was the crime? I did get my cheese sticks because I wasn't leaving without either a refund or food. I have videos and wish I could post them. He was yelling like he was on the street. It was wild. I was like, I've never met this man before but he's yelling at me like it was personal. Really unbelievable and bizarre behavior.

  Our teen daughter placed an online order and it took about 10 minutes to the order to be ready for pick up! Cashier was super friendly and very courteous, great place to get your pizza orders.

  Not sure why the rating is so low for this location as they are one of the freshest and tastiest Pizza Hut’s around. I have always had a good customer experience with the staff and the pizza is always fresh and accurate . They also don’t usually charge for sauces unless you get an insane amount and when you ask for a lil extra marinara on the pizza , they don’t overdue it like a lot of locations so that your cheese is swimming in sauce. Would recommend.

  Insanely disappointed in this place. I ordered 4 pizzas and 3/4 of them were burnt to a crisp. The two cheese pizzas I ordered had no sauce on them whatsoever and felt like thinly baked cheese. Will not order from here again, complete waste of money.

  I put in a order online. Picked up when they said the food ready was hot and fresh. The staff was super nice and friendly.
