What is the point in stopping at the window if you don’t even remember when it’s time to pick up? Secondly, fill up your cups! When we pay for an xL then that’s what it should be.

Needless to say, just like most people, I spend entirely too much money on Dunkin’ but still. The customer service has always been lack luster but this year it’s at an all time low, you’re lucky if you even get the person at the window to say a word let alone say you’re welcome or have a great day when you get your order. As if the experience itself wasn’t bad enough my coffee started to become a problem. It was NEVER consistent yet I ordered the same thing EVERYTIME. The second to last time I went I got my hot coffee with French vanilla swirl cream and sugar (I like a little coffee with my sugar and flavor.) I work in temple hills and it was a hot coffee so needless to say I couldn’t try it when I first got it (not that I should have to.) When I got to work I realized there was NO SUGAR and NO VANILLA. I was so irritated because it was a rough morning and I needed coffee. I called and the lady who answered was rude and basically said “we’ll come back and we will fix it” I told her I’m in temple hills I can’t come all the way back to LaPlata and her response was well I don’t know what you expect me to do for you then... at that point I requested to speak to the owner. He got on the phone and apologized and asked me to please give them another chance. He told me what times he would be there and said he promised he would make it right... this brings me to today.. my final straw... ordered a hot coffee.... EXACTLY the same way... got to work.. you already know.... NO SUGAR NO VANILLA. Just cream. I will NEVER go to this Dunkin’ again!
