  I went through the drive thru, and had ordered chips with guac and queso. When i got there, they said they were out of guac and asked if i wanted anything else. I thought for a moment and said no. They gave me two whole sides of black beans no charge! Thank you to the two ladies running the store! Only reason I’m going out of my way to leave this review is because you went out of your way to help me! Highly recommend this Chipotle location. The employees make it stand out amongst the other local stores.

  The best chipotle in the area. Food is always tasty and has a kick to it. Always ready to go in the drive through when I arrive. Great people working there with smiles on their faces…

  I made an online order for a pick-up, and went in to get my order. When I stated my name for the pick-up, one of the employees began making fun of my name, which caught me off guard. I was honestly surprised and disappointed, and what seemed to be their manager, also laughed. I didn’t get a chance to react, and the same employee returned and said “It ain’t here.” I then noticed that I mistakenly placed the order at a different location when I asked if there was anyway I could place an order at their location and void the initial order, since I would pay again, they seemed uninterested in helping and simply said “nah”. To make matters worst, I was with my daughter.. I recommend both management and the team going through a refresher course on basic customer friendliness and support.

  Stopped by for a late Sunday dinner. Place was really clean, staff were all really friendly. Ordered a chicken burrito and it was seasoned quite well. Decided to save the rest for the next day and it tasted as if I had just ordered it freshly made!! I was truly blown away, never have I had an experience from any location like that before. Also, their drink dispensers like the lemonade/agua frescas were all pretty full which is a bonus!

  I simply don't know how a newly opened restaurant can be so bad. You will be better off by avoiding this Chipotle. Level of service is simply non-existent and only second to the notoriously bad Urbana Chipotle. Employees seem disgruntled, extremely unhelpful, uncessararly rude, and some of them are starlight out clueless. Don't start me with the portions- they are flat out stingy ( i suspect this is on management), products are not fresh and tables are dirty. If you are craving Chipotle so badly, just go somewhere else.
