  Driver was disrespectful and left my food on the floor in front of my apartment door. Didn’t even knock or do anything. Rude, train your workers better to be respectful.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location. I placed my order by phone, arrived about 30 minutes later, and then waited another 10 minutes in the store before anyone came to ask for my name. Only then did they place the order. Unfortunately, this was not the first time this has happened at this location. I asked why there was such a delay, and I was told they had about 50 orders ahead of me. However, the store did not appear to be that busy. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but if phone orders are not going to be prepared on time, customers should be informed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering by phone from this location.

  Our food was over an hour and a half later than our quoted delivery time, when our delivery address is less than a 10 minute drive away. We were given the run around on, when our order would be delivered, where our driver was, and over all had a horrible experience. When we asked about a partial refund was told they couldn't do anything. On top of everything when we finally got our pizza, it was cold. All around horrific experience.
