  Our food was over an hour and a half later than our quoted delivery time, when our delivery address is less than a 10 minute drive away. We were given the run around on, when our order would be delivered, where our driver was, and over all had a horrible experience. When we asked about a partial refund was told they couldn't do anything. On top of everything when we finally got our pizza, it was cold. All around horrific experience.

  I placed an order that was never delivered. They refuse to refund me and continue telling me to call back the next day to speak with the manager. Poor service and will be disputing

  Martino was exceptional. We waited 20 minutes for our pizza, and I took my kids outside to relax while we waited. He came to inform me when our order was ready. Since our pizza was without cheese and a bit dry, he promptly made a new one. That’s outstanding customer service—he didn't argue or fuss, he simply replaced the pizza. Thank you for the excellent service. I will definitely return, as his genuine care was evident in his interaction. Thank you.
