  I’ve now noticed the same issue multiple times, and it needs to be addressed. There appears to be a consistent pattern at this location where Spanish-speaking employees prioritize Spanish-speaking customers over others, regardless of who has been waiting longer. Today, I was the only person left in line waiting to be served, and no one came to the register. While I was still waiting, a Spanish-speaking customer walked up, and an employee immediately opened a register to serve her instead of me. I’ve also seen employees cut the line to be served first when going on break. When I questioned this, I was told it was because they had limited break time, but customers waiting in line may also be on limited time and should not be skipped. Additionally, when waiting for orders, I’ve noticed Spanish-speaking customers being called ahead, even when my number was earlier. There have been times where my order appeared to be ready but was not called, while others were served first, and I had to go up and ask for it. After experiencing this pattern more than once, I chose to leave. This comes across as unfair and unprofessional. Management should address this and ensure all customers are treated equally and served in order, without preference.

  It’s not the first time I get half of my order. But I was really mad when I took a French fry from my son’s happy meal it wasn’t cooked. The nuggets were cold. When will there be a change. And it’s more expensive than other McDonald in the area. Atleast cook the food right. 😡

  Cashiers were extremely rude...I had to wait 10mins before I was asked what I would like to order...I don't like using kiosk machines...I prefer to order at register...employees should be willing to take orders at register as well...
