  Don’t rely on them for online delivery. Very incompetent in multiple ways. I ordered grocery delivery through the Giant app for this store and received an entirely different customer's groceries instead of my own. On the invoice and bags it didn’t even have my name and was labeled for local pickup, not delivery. So they really were not paying attention. Trying to call the store was pointless as their automated line said customer service was busy helping other customers and then automatically hangs up! I had to call the pharmacy department to get a live person and ask if they could transfer me to whoever handles online orders/pickups. That individual verified my groceries were still sitting there and they couldn’t/wouldn’t assign another driver because the customer service number needed to call was closed for the evening, so there was no immediate way to get the issue resolved. Since the wrong bags were given to the delivery driver, leaving me without the groceries I had paid for I wanted a refund. She said she processed it but she created a new charge and then reversed it so that they canceled each other out meaning the full amount i had paid was still charged. So clearly they didn’t know how to do that correctly either. handing a driver the wrong order and leaving a customer without groceries is unacceptable. So is not having a working customer service line and purposely setting it up to hang up on callers. Although I think instacart drivers should also have accountability and verify what they’re picking up and for who. The invoice should at least match the name they are assigned to pick up for. pretty basic concept don’t you think? I hope Giant improves its order verification process so this doesn't happen to other customers. I won’t be using them again.

  SECURITY & ALL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED IMMEDIATELY!!!! WHY ARE YOU HARASSING MY HUSBAND WHILES HES JUST GETTING JUICE FOR OUR KIDS ! We had a situation a few months ago and I STOPPED GOING FOR THIS EXACT REASON but I decided to let him go and get the kids juice due to it being close . Soon as he’s getting juice the employee Harassed him immediately How can you say someone is banned when we were never notified and when we got the police involved they said we are not banned even the manager I have a recording of it all with FULL PROOF !!!! HE NEEDS TO GET FIRED IMMEDIATELY PLEASE REVIEW ALL CAMERAS AND SEE HOW HE CAME TO HARASS HIM THIS IS DISCRIMINATION
