    I order pizza for my mini movie nights with my sister and whenever Christopher delivers, he always goes above and beyond! Today he drove back to the store to get my beverage and was apologetic. He is truly the best!!

    June 4, 2026 Here is a video . Been ordering here for years . There was many issues here . I placed an order about a week ago from 6/4/26 .first issues to start off .dominos always Deliverys follow instructions and come to the door to deliver my food, however that day it was a female Hispanic delivery driver. She called me to get my food outside . I told the driver I was not able to go downstairs if she can bring it up. She was saying excuses she can’t leave her car outside. I told her I was not able to go down I have baby with me, and I asked her can she bring it up and she hung the phone up on me. She didn’t knock the door . I dominos hotline number waited for 10mins . I went to check my door . The female driver left my food on the hallway ground , she didn’t answer me call me and did not knock the door to let me know about my food being on floor. My food was cold at this point. I called the store asking for my tip refund. I guy answered the phone and said no None of them have access to refund only manager, the guy on phone said manager will be in next day evening time after 5pm. I called next day after 5pm , same excuse no manager here . I called everyday a whole week asking for manager to get my tip refunded and no manager insight. Everyday is was the manager not here. The last day i spoke with a dominos employee on the phone from store it was a guy name Juan . Juan said he can speak to the manager on the phone and ask ,we can have a free pizza delivered . Wen I called back the next day for the free pizza Juan said the manager said they are not able to deliver it. We had to pick it up and he also said that we can have extra stuff when we go pick it up like wings and sauce. Juan said he will note it down name, phone number and food on paper so that coworkers the next day can have it ready in the morning. when I went in the domino’s the next morning, the female employee was very rude and aggravated on the video claim that there was no name left On the note there and there was no note she was looking for. She then called Juan the employee on phone to tell him she can not give us any extra stuff because Juan did not write down what we asked for .Still to this day I did not get my refund from the driver. I asked for a manager information here it is on the video. I will not be recommending dominos nor ordering from here ever again .

    I ordered a pizza online and they sent me a pizza with my three toppings and no cheese. Why would anyone order a pizza with no cheese? Customer service and common sense is lacking! A good business would call the customer and ask if this is a correct order. DO NOT ORDER from this Dominoes!

    A star was given because it’s required. NOT SURE IF THE ROACHES CAME FROM THE RESTAURANT OR THE DELIVERY DRIVER’S VEHICLE or the hallway they left the food sitting in for who knows how long… Usually I pick up my order so the usual shitty attitudes of the employees is at a minimum of trying to get them to stop talking to each other and hand me something I’ve already paid for. Delivery AND customer service were TRASH tonight considering I live 10 minutes away from the location but it took an hour and a half to deliver a pizza and some bread. After CLEAR instructions to call upon arrival since there is an option to “hand it to me”, the order was left on the floor at my back door with a roach crawling on it. No call, no knock, no real time “tracker” for delivery. After the third attempt to contact the store, the response was “well give us the pizza back”. It’ll be sitting where you left it. Your employees are worth the price of your pizza and their attitudes reflect that. I will NOT use this location or company again.

    La verdad es la última vez que ordeno por línea es un ROBO el cargo que hacen por la entrega que no es servicio del lugar eso debería ser compartido para el repartidor. Que es Él que da servicio de la entrega.
