I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this Chipotle absolutely earned one.
Tonight my family stopped by because my daughter wanted Chick-fil-A next door, while my wife wanted Chipotle. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything out of the ordinary, but what we experienced was some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming, friendly, professional, and working together like a well-oiled machine. Everyone had a positive attitude, the food looked incredibly fresh, the portions were great, and the restaurant was moving quickly without making customers feel rushed.
What stood out the most was the manager, Nesla. You can immediately tell when a team reflects great leadership, and that’s exactly what happened here. She was everywhere—helping her employees, checking on customers, answering questions, jumping in wherever she was needed, and doing it all with a smile. She didn’t hesitate to help us with an extra request, and she treated us like valued customers instead of just another order.
As someone who owns and manages businesses myself, I pay close attention to customer service, teamwork, and leadership. This location is being run the right way. The culture here is obvious, and that’s not something you can fake. It starts with the manager and carries through every employee on the line.
To the District Manager or Regional Manager: if you’re reading this, I hope this team gets the recognition they deserve. Outstanding leadership deserves to be acknowledged, and Nesla has built a team that represents the Chipotle brand exactly how it should be represented.
Thank you to everyone working tonight. You turned what was supposed to be a quick dinner stop into an experience worth talking about. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location.
