  This is by far the slowest Chipotle I have ever visited. Unfortunately, due to its convenient location, I frequent this restaurant, and the service is consistently extremely slow. During my most recent visit, there were 10 or fewer customers in line, yet it took over 20 minutes to get through, despite employees not preparing online or takeout orders. Often, only one employee works the entire assembly line from rice to guacamole while another handles the register. On another visit, it took six minutes for the one customer ahead of me to have two burritos prepared and paid for. The employees are always friendly, which I appreciate, but the service is incredibly inefficient. I regularly spend nearly my entire lunch break standing in line. Unless the restaurant is completely empty, expect a lengthy wait. I’m writing this review hoping management will address these ongoing issues through better staffing and more efficient operations. This level of service is unacceptable for a fast casual restaurant.

  How do you run out of guac? Plus, big girl at the register at around 5:00pm today Wednesday the 7th had a bad attitude rushing me to pay. She needs to be demoted to bathroom duty!

  You have been warned Chipotle lovers!!! Do not I repeat ever visit this location if you love quality Chipotle food like i do. Food staff does not have a clue of what they were doing, In the middle of having a steak bowl being made the person that was making it abruptly left and the person that replaced them had no clue what they were preparing. On top of that I was informed that they had run out of steak(Running out of steak at chipotle is laughable) Especially do not visit this location between the hours of 3-5pm on a weekday because the kids from the nearby schools invade the location and use everything known to man to get free drinks from the fountain drink machine so the paying folks have to wait to get the drinks they paid for. The space was riddled with flies and dirty sticky tables which is just what I want when eating my food. There are better food establishments in the mall than chipotle so do your research before visiting.

  The food is alright, place is not really the cleanest at all times but my main issue is a worker!!, all the workers are so sweet in the past, Nowadays I see that there is this Hispanic female with glasses who is just upright disrespectful, I’ve been coming here for many years and since I first noticed her, she always has an attitude, it’s unprofessional and unprovoked. On my last visit I walked in paid for food and I asked for a water cup and she didn’t give me the water cup I asked again and she aggressively put the water cup on the table, I tried to ignore it but then I noticed the fountain drink machine had no ice so I asked for ice and she proceeded to tell me the water cups are for water in an annoyed tone. Mind you I was trying to get ice and water? Instead of complaining she should do her job, it’s upsetting I’m coming to an establishment to constantly be disappointed and disrespected and be expected not to say something back. I’ve also heard stories from other people about her attitude but this is not new.
