As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was told tomatoes would cost extra, so I paid for them, but my burger arrived without the tomatoes or pickles. I’d appreciate it if this location could serve customers consistently with what is advertised and paid for. This is the second disappointing experience my family and I have had here, and I’d hate to stop visiting Checkers because we’ve always enjoyed the food.

They also didn't update that my order was ready until 2 hours after I already had my food, so don't put too much trust in the online order tracker. The icing on the cake is that once my order was finally marked complete, I reported the missing item and received no response. I tried to call, the phone number doesn't work. I tried to file a complaint on the corporate website, that form also doesn't work. the moral of the story? check your items before you leave, you aren't going to get any assistance at all unless you're talking to someone face to face. Edit in response to company response: that form doesn't work! Which I said in my initial review. Thanks.
