  Hey, there was a 15% discount promotion on the app and they made it seem like they would apply it, but when I paid, the total on my card was the same. This time I complained, and the cashier kept going around in circles trying to make me feel guilty, saying maybe I hadn't scanned or ordered something else after scanning. I told him "NO", and he said if I wanted to use it, we had to order again, which was illogical because the promo was for that day and I wouldn't be back soon. So I got more serious and asked him to cancel that order and take it again. He got annoyed and mentioned he would change it to cancelled order and make a new one, but he couldn't give me a receipt because he had to keep his proof of the shortage in the cash register for that order. My suspicions were correct since I didn't receive any change in my card charge. I'm clear I couldn't claim the almost $7 discount because I don't have proof. But yeah, at this Charley's, they don't like you using their App to take advantage of their promotions. Bad experience every time I order with the App, this is the 3rd time this has happened using the App, like they receive orders to do everything possible so people don't take advantage of discounts and special offers for frequent customers. No te dejan que uses las promociones o descuentas de la Aplicación. Los cajeros siempre ponen un pero para que no saques ventaja de la app para clientes frecuentes. Ojo al momento que te cobren porque no te descuentan nada
