  This chipotle stole my points! I had points to use for double protein, but I asked for “double chicken” and apparently that’s not the same thing, so when I tried to use the points for that, it didn’t count. I admit it was my fault for the wording, so I tried to use my points for free queso instead, which required them to start the transaction over. But when I tried to use my points, it didn’t work? And then the guy on the register tells me that because I scanned another reward, it wouldn’t work. That doesn’t make any sense since we started the transaction over, but I didn’t have time to worry about all that so I just paid for everything, assuming none of my points would be used. I just checked my account today, and my points never came back. How did it still take my points yet I got charged for double protein and queso? This place is ridiculous. Also, I asked for everything on my bowl BUT the lime ranch and guacamole (repeated this twice), and for some reason they put it on the side a long with the hot red salsa (never asked to put anything on the side btw). All this just for the food to not even be good. Horrible experience all around.

  I had a horrible experience at this Chipotle. This is actually the second time I’ve tried coming here, hoping things might have improved, but unfortunately it was even worse than before. It’s really disappointing because the location is perfect and very convenient. First, the restaurant was filthy. Nearly every table was dirty, and there was food all over the floor. The overall cleanliness was simply unacceptable. When I went to order, the food looked like it had been sitting in the display all night. The rice was completely dried out, the meats were dry with no juices, and the vegetables looked old and oxidized. The guacamole was entirely black. I actually had to ask the employee to stir the food before serving it. In the end, the meal was inedible and I had to throw everything away. Chipotle really needs to address this situation because this is a very convenient, strategically located restaurant, and the current conditions are unacceptable.
