Their behavior is very bad and also like when I order online, I need to pick up water like online is showing for me like I need to pick up order online is showing is 1:06 pm and they’re saying is we make food is like 1:20pm is not good. They’re always talking talking not take care. Customer is very bad. Be kind is the owner and manager check your employee. Maybe your business is very down. Their employee is not good all the time they are late all the time when they were all the time like that like that pick up time is early and making time is late. Why happen? What happened in this thing they’re talking they’re not making it food.

I had points to use for double protein, but I asked for “double chicken” and apparently that’s not the same thing, so when I tried to use the points for that, it didn’t count. I admit it was my fault for the wording, so I tried to use my points for free queso instead, which required them to start the transaction over. But when I tried to use my points, it didn’t work? And then the guy on the register tells me that because I scanned another reward, it wouldn’t work. That doesn’t make any sense since we started the transaction over, but I didn’t have time to worry about all that so I just paid for everything, assuming none of my points would be used. I just checked my account today, and my points never came back. How did it still take my points yet I got charged for double protein and queso? This place is ridiculous. Also, I asked for everything on my bowl BUT the lime ranch and guacamole (repeated this twice), and for some reason they put it on the side a long with the hot red salsa (never asked to put anything on the side btw). All this just for the food to not even be good. Horrible experience all around.
