I couldn’t reach anyone until the order was already picked up by door dash. The store told me I had to take up the issue with DoorDash. I called DoorDash. They told me the store had to fix the issue. I called again to the Papa Johns only to be told the manager was unavailable and would call me back. Never to this day have I heard back from the manager. I contacted customer service I was told this would be escalated to owner. Still have not heard back from this owner or manager. This location doesn’t even deserve 1 Star but the review wouldn’t allow lower. I had to pay twice for an order. Never again will papa John’s get my business. The customer service sucks and the pizza is not that great. I did have to order from a store near me that day. So I did get to taste the pizza and cheese bread. Store bought pizza is just as good if not better than Papa John’s. When you get poor service it makes it worse than store bought pizza. For $49 pizza and cheese bread. I could have spent way less and been more satisfied with the pizza. Thanks for nothing Papa John’s!
