    Disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee seemed to put very little effort into making my sub and appeared to intentionally add very small amounts of ingredients. The veggie sandwich felt poorly made compared to what I expected. I hope the staff pays more attention to portioning and customer service. It felt Like I was just eating bread with very tiny amounts of veggie in veggie delight sandwich. Not coming back to this store

    I ordered 3 subs for pick up through mobile app, when I got there a young Asian man didn’t even start my order. I asked him to do 3 things for me and every time in 3 different times all he did was give me the look. Didn’t respond anything, yes, no, ok, no problem, no nothing, just gave me the look. On the 3rd time he mumbled something in his language and judging the situation, he gave the vibe that he coursed me out. Honestly, I don’t even know why he’s treating me like that. Does he hate his job or he’s just miserable? I don’t know……I know one thing, I won’t be going back there…..

    The asian guy would not honor my coupon that was clearly in the app. He tried to tell me it was Webb only he wasted an entire foot-long instead of figuring it out how to allow me to use my 699 coupon for it. This is so out of order I've never seen such people. What kind of world do we live in now where people would willingly waste food as if it's coming out of their own pockets he didn't phone a friend he didn't bother to try to give good customer service and then he called me a name on my way out the door because I didn't purchase a full price of I'm a rewards member for a reason.
