  I ordered 3 subs for pick up through mobile app, when I got there a young Asian man didn’t even start my order. I asked him to do 3 things for me and every time in 3 different times all he did was give me the look. Didn’t respond anything, yes, no, ok, no problem, no nothing, just gave me the look. On the 3rd time he mumbled something in his language and judging the situation, he gave the vibe that he coursed me out. Honestly, I don’t even know why he’s treating me like that. Does he hate his job or he’s just miserable? I don’t know……I know one thing, I won’t be going back there…..

  The asian guy would not honor my coupon that was clearly in the app. He tried to tell me it was Webb only he wasted an entire foot-long instead of figuring it out how to allow me to use my 699 coupon for it. This is so out of order I've never seen such people. What kind of world do we live in now where people would willingly waste food as if it's coming out of their own pockets he didn't phone a friend he didn't bother to try to give good customer service and then he called me a name on my way out the door because I didn't purchase a full price of I'm a rewards member for a reason.

  i ordered from here and they got my order wrong and then I called immediately and spoke with someone and he said that the next time I ordered I would get a free sub since my drink and chips didn't come with my order so I called a few days later spoke with someone that knew nothing of what I was speaking about so I said forget it then I got a phone call from the manager and he walked me through how to order everything so I wouldn't get charged and my order was correct and prompt I will continue to use this subway also they were not rude or nasty and my food is always correct and not sloppy.
