  Really disappointed with this experience. My pizza arrived without any seal or indication that it hadn’t been tampered with, which made me uncomfortable. When I called to express my concerns, I was told there was nothing they could do, and the employee said she had to hang up because she had other orders to make. I understand being busy, but customer concerns about food safety should be taken seriously.

  This location was extremely rude. I ordered for delivery on base and there was nothing telling me that they no longer do that, so they apparently called me but since I didn’t get the call and the “manager” said it went to voicemail…. They cancelled my order without any explanation or notification. I called and was inquiring about my order not being here yet and they said it was cancelled. So then I had to go and pick it up. I asked to speak to a manager and he said they were ALL managers, I replied with why doesn’t anyone tell you that you can’t have it delivered on base and he said they don’t answer the phones, it’s a call center from overseas! I got no I’m sorry, no compensation and I said all ya had to do was leave a VM but the comment back was… “ we’re too busy for that.” I said that’s BS if you have time to call, you have a min to say call back. As I was leaving out the door he continued to spew words about me and I asked if there was a problem, his response, you can leave now. Of course, you charged me full price so you got your money and I got TERRIBLE service. Do better PAPA JOHNS, our service members deserve better!

  I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and they forgot the Hawaiian (pineapple) lol I cannot make this up. sigh!

  This was honestly one of the worst store experiences I’ve had. The customer service was awful. They refused to take my order in-store and told me I had to place it online for pickup instead. So I did exactly that. I placed the order online and waited for over 30 minutes. After all that waiting, they told me they couldn’t find any order under my name. I don’t understand how difficult it is to simply take an order at the counter and prepare it. The system clearly wasn’t down — I saw the employee ringing up orders for other customers right in front of me. There was no valid reason to refuse my order. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating.
