- LHLester HenselOct 4, 20261.0I ordered my food in a hurry and didn't look in the bag. I get 40 minutes away.Missing 2 cheeseburgers in a fry. I call them. Nobody barely speaks English. But one manager told me to come back Saturday, and I did. I stood there for 15 minutes while the manager was in the back. Nobody Barely.speaks English barely but one little girl. That was given free food to her boyfriend. She had the receipt in her hand from the manager still gave me the runaround till she called the manager. The whole deal cost me 35 minutes. They still messed my order up. If you're gonna work with the public, you should speak okay, English and understand it.

The staff gives no explanation nor do they offer to rectify this procedure , this is the second time that I have experienced this problem at this location. NO MORE CHANCES HERE

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
