  I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience today (4/2/26 at 10:07 AM), I felt it was necessary. To begin, when I pulled up to the speaker to place my order, there was no menu displayed. When I asked about it, the employee simply said it would be coming tomorrow. I ordered a medium butter pecan iced coffee and two bacon Wake-Up Wraps. Since I wasn’t offered the $6 meal deal like I usually am at another location, I specifically asked about it. I was told to pull forward to the window to pay, where the employee told me my total was $12. Confused, I asked why it wasn’t $6, and he explained that the Wake-Up Wraps were not part of the deal, only the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich was included. I was fine with paying regular price for what I ordered, so I assumed that $12 reflected my actual order. However, when I pulled over to check my bag, I realized I had been given (and charged for) a sandwich and hash browns that I never ordered. I went back inside to address the issue. The employee at the counter informed the original worker that I was requesting a refund for the items I didn’t order. His response was, “No, the Wake-Up Wraps were not part of the deal, so she gets the sandwich and hash browns.” I was shocked and extremely disappointed. It is unacceptable to add items to a customer’s order without their knowledge or consent, and even more concerning that a refund was not offered when the mistake was brought to their attention. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and it definitely makes me reconsider returning to this location.

  Good evening Google Family. I visited this location for the first time on my birthday. Today I am 63 years young, born in 63. How cool is that? I decided to come here while waiting for my movie to start. It starts at 8:35 am. I love the early movie times. I wish they started early like that in Philly. A young man named Pos was the cashier and he seemed very nice and pleasant. I ordered a small hot coffee decaf black with butter pecan, a small so that I do not have to get up and down to go to the bathroom. And I remembered today to ask for my senior discount. I took photos near the movie theater and I posted while waiting for my movie to start. I really like this area and I will be back. Have a good night, workout and be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years.

  My family and I always enjoy coming to this Donuts. The staff is very friendly and helpful; they always greet you when you walk in. We've known the manager for years. They are very friendly and helpful people. It's a great atmosphere to be with family and enjoy a good coffee with donuts. Thanks, guys!
