- SMShelly MSep 13, 20261.0I Went to the drive thru this afternoon inquiring about ice cream and was told they didn’t serve the ice cream I wanted ok fine. But when I ask if you have something similar to the product and I get a short answer no with an attitude followed by a laugh makes me never want to return. Customer service is your job and that fact that the man had an attitude and proceeded to laugh is ridiculous honestly. I will stick to my other Dunkin. Employees definitely need some training on customer service skills. I can help if your team needs a class 🧐

- EOEmily OwenAug 27, 20261.0look, I come to this Dunkin location only out of sheer convenience because personally I haven’t had a good experience here in months. I understand they are severely understaffed, and I have excused the poor service because of it but my experience today was particularly disappointing. There was only one person working, and I had placed a mobile order. When I pulled into the drive-thru, there was absolutely nobody else there, i’m talking ghost town. The employee had me wait 5 minutes at the speaker, which is fine, but then consistently mumbled so I couldn’t hear him. I sat there for a moment and was about to ask him to repeat himself but didn’t get the chance to before he shouted over the speaker for me to come to the window. I’m not talking just raising his voice for me to hear him, i’m talking deliberately shouted with a less than friendly tone over the speaker. So I pulled up to the window, and he took a few more minutes before acknowledging me there, which is also fine, until he handed me my drinks and food, then immediately slammed the window shut. I understand the window might be finicky, but this was a deliberate slam of the window. My food was burnt, which it has been everytime I make the mistake of ordering the food from there. Overall, i’m going to drive the extra 10 minutes to the Dunkin on Ashton Rd since they are always friendly and welcoming, and so I never have the displeasure of dealing with the very subpar service here.
