  The facility itself is amazing. The staff sucks, except for the elder gentleman that runs the gift shop. Next time I’ll just order a game card and eat somewhere else just to avoid the staff here since literally no one wants to be bothered.

  While our server, Day Day, was sweet and the manager was professional, I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. We were there for a special celebration for my son before he gets major surgery, and what should have been a fun escape turned into unnecessary frustration. The trainer was rude during seating, and the bartender was intentionally difficult about a simple allergy request to make a drink without citrus (this specific location has previously honored this request since the drinks are not premade.) I ended up going to the other bar in the arcade, where they made the drink with no issue, which made it clear the bartender was just being spiteful following the seating dispute which was already blown out of proportion. It’s disappointing that during a time when we really needed a smooth experience, attitudes got in the way. Attached is a photo of the perfectly made drink, honoring my allergy request from the second bar.

  Why have managers if they walk by tables waiting to order or while you wait for a waiter for 20 minutes for that matter. Especially after waiting at the bar for 20 minutes to be told you need a table and then you wait there . 40 minutes n total till i saw a waiter. Useless managers , 4 of them total walking around doing what appears to be nothing, but walking by my table repeatedly. The waiter was great after all that waiting.

  Great fun, but isn't cheap. Worth it though. Any group of people, young or old, will have a great time. You can come solo and enjoy yourself. It's a huge facility with lots of things to do and see. Not just the arcade area, walk around and see the rest.

  it’s Thursday, 4/16 daytime shift. This review is currently being written at 4:22 pm so you can get the gist of this review. The bartenders??? Please find something else to do. I asked a bartender who had a lunch group in front of her. I asked her for a water, something that would take a few seconds to do. I’m pretty sure quicker than making the mixed drink she was beginning to make when i asked for the water. I walk to the other bar, buddy isn’t there. But when he returns I ask him for the water as well and he says okay but proceeds to walk out of the bar to take another table’s order. it’s also like little to nobody here hence the frustration. Food decent though.
