1st time, last time. Drove 2.5 hours to try this establishment. Server not attentive, loss of money for them and her. Knowing we were first time patrons, she should have made some of the favorite food recommendations. Food was dropped off by someone that just knew he wanted to be someplace else, no personality, no offer for anything that might be needed to accompany the meal, like salt and pepper, which is not provided on the tables. Shrimp should not come out dark brown, at that point, oil needs changed, filet of fish was golden color but served slightly warm. A bread stick or alike would have been nice with the pasta dish ordered, and portion of pasta was light. No suggestion for an additional beverage or to end the meal with one of those sinful looking desserts. Request for the check at the end of the meal seemed like she had to re-invent the notepad again and, I know most places are now rounding on pennies, did not know all other change was included in that, and that then became part of her tip, had she not done that she would have gotten a larger tip. Too bad, wasted money for sure.

Went to Dave & Buster’s and had a pretty disappointing experience. The food was not that good—bland and overpriced for what it was. Nothing stood out, and it wasn’t worth the money. The service made it worse. Our waitress was absolutely horrible. She only came back to the table one time the entire meal, and that was just to drop off the check. She never checked on us, never asked if we needed anything, and basically ignored the table until it was time to pay. It felt like we were an inconvenience. The games were just okay. Decent enough, but not enough to make up for the bad food and nonexistent service. Overall, not worth going

I didn't get food, just enjoyed the arcade. I come from the west coast, and, for me at least, this was the coolest Dave & Buster's I've been to. I ain't never seen a fighter jet game, or an mma game. The gas ⛽️ game was a slap in the face given gas prices 🤣, but otherwise I had an amazing time. The staff are lovely, and I would recommend this location for any event or gathering. Clean, welcoming, and fun for all ages.

They advertise Miller Light for $5 and don’t have it available. Ask for Manager Edwin and he told me they ran out on Sunday. It’s Tuesday and they do not have what they advertised on every table. I was asked if I wanted another beer would he honor the price. but Manager Edwin would not honor the advertised price. They should not have signage posted if they can’t provide the product and customers should not have to ask if they can honor the price it should be offered.

Is a great place during the week not so busy get to enjoy the arcade games. But on weekends good luck it is super packed. Been on both vibes it is different food is a hit and miss sometimes you get you’re order right sometimes you got to send it back. Drinks on alcohol beverages is hit and miss too depends who is the mixologist that day. Restrooms is hit and miss depending on the day you go is nice and clean but the weekends don’t expect it too clean. The atmosphere is ok is always something new going on with Contruction renovation or when they upgrade their arcade games.vit with the new renovation makes it look better then before. And yes I do recommend going here you will have fun.
