  Order food from the bar. Got charged for someone’s order plus mine. It’s been over a week trying to get them to refund me $40. Not responsive or helpful no call back manager comes in late. This place is not what it use to be.

  Great ambiance. Lots of games to choose from that were 1//2 price. Brandi was our waitress and we were a needy group. She attended to our every need and requests with a smile. She took pictures for us and even sing Happy Birthday to me. Every time we come back we will ask for her. The foid was delicious and tasty.

  A very fun place for a family outing. Lots of games for all ages, some skill based, and others pure luck. Some of the games we played malfunctioned and some would not constantly read our cards. The best days to go are the half price game days

  We ordered our drinks from a server, but after taking our order, they walked away and started playing darts. We waited about 15 minutes without receiving our drinks. Since we were very thirsty, we asked for glasses of water instead, but even that took quite a while. We never ended up getting the drinks we ordered, so we decided to leave. :)

  The food isn’t good and customer service is terrible. The service manager, DJ Palmer, does not have the skills to assist customers. She was attempting to be condescending and rude, as if we had done something wrong by requesting to order food and stay at the same table with 2, 6 and 9 yr. old children. All we wanted was to place a food order. The bartender had been taking our orders for the children previously, and was doing a great job. He became busy and we wanted to place more food orders, so we asked a couple of the workers meandering around the bar. I guess they didn’t realize that we had been there for a couple of hours and told us to check in at the hostess stand. We went there and they told us they would find us a table to be seated. We attempted to explain that we had been seated there at the table and had placed several orders already. They proceeded to tell us that they did not have a server in the area so we had to move. The table directly behind us had several children and a server fulfilling all of their orders. They really had made a mistake, but instead of admitting it, she just continued to argue and tell us how they didn’t have enough staff to serve us and we had to move to a different section with all of the small children. There were only 3 tables occupied with people in the whole section! It was almost empty. There were, at least, 6 employees doing absolutely, nothing except talking. We only saw the bartender actually doing work like taking food orders and making drinks. The bartender even found a candle for the ice cream fudge sundae for my grandson, who was celebrating his 6th birthday. I wish I could remember his name, but he was nice and his hair was “locked”. Very accommodating and friendly young man with Excellent customer service skills! He should be the service manager. DJ Palmer could learn something from him. After going back and forth with DJ Palmer, we decided that we should not have to go through an ordeal just to order spend our money on overpriced, subpar food. She looked old enough to understand but I guess she just looked older. Very disappointing. So, to avoid further aggravation, we gathered our belongings and left, vowing to never patronize this Dave & Busters location again.
