  Came here for the first time and I had a BLAST. The lady at the front desk; BIMPE was simply amazing. She was patient and kind despite us asking several questions. She even made sure to check in on us to make sure we were good since it was our first time here. We had a whole blast and we were the last to leave. Will definitely be back. Great idea for a date night with your spouse, friends or even younger siblings. Loved every moment

  I have come to this location countless time with my group of individuals with disabilities we have always sat and most of us would buy lunch while others ate their packed lunch however today was an issue we were told by a server who was very rude told us we weren’t allow to eat there. We explained the situation and that it was not our first time. The rude server refused to allow us to speak to the manager. We felt discriminated because our individuals. How you’re gonna advertise that is a friendly and family place and then pick and chose who you will serve do better!

  Terrible service. Awful. We got our meals before our appetizer. Even after 20 minutes of having our meals we never recieved it. Our waiter was too busy joking around with his coworkers. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks and when we recieved them he gave me the wrong drink. Asked for napkins and our waiter never gave them to us so I had to ask again. Would not recommend this place at all. The worst service I’ve ever recieved . The waiter tried to blame the kitchen for our appetizer not coming out but it’s seems like he just forgot to put it in.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Dave & Buster’s. The bartenders acted like serving customers was an inconvenience. Slow service, bad attitudes, and zero professionalism. People were standing around waiting while the staff ignored customers and focused more on socializing than doing their jobs. For the amount of money this place charges, the service was embarrassing. Drinks took forever, communication was rude, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Management seriously needs to retrain the bartenders and customer service staff because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any entertainment venue. I definitely won’t be rushing back.

  Upon arriving, there was no one available to greet us. We stood waiting for approximately 14 minutes without any acknowledgment, despite having a reservation. Several staff members were sitting at tables on their phones, which made the lack of service even more frustrating. Once we were finally able to get someone's attention, we were seated. I was surprised to learn that certain kids' meals do not come with sides or a drink. Since when does a kids' meal not include fries or a beverage? The salmon was served cold, the rice lacked seasoning, and the vegetables were bitter. Please stop putting sliced fruit on people's plates unless requested. Our waiter was very dry and unfortunately could not answer many of our questions about the menu. Her favorite response was “oh I don’t know”. The ice water has one of the most nastiest tastes I have ever experienced. On a positive note, the kids enjoyed their pizza and fries. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of customer service and the quality of several food items.
