  I am extremely angry and disappointed by what happened to my father at your restaurant. The way your staff treated him was discriminatory, disrespectful, and absolutely unacceptable. Their behavior made him feel humiliated and even caused him physical discomfort from the stress. This is not a small issue. You need to take this seriously and address your employees’ behavior immediately. This anger stems from the employees, and has nothing to do with the food or the boss.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My friend, who is not familiar with how the ordering system works here, was confused about the menu and simply tried to ask questions and place an order. Instead of being patient or helpful, some of the staff members laughed at him and made him feel embarrassed during the entire process. Customer service should never make people feel uncomfortable or judged, especially when they are genuinely trying to understand how things work. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of language barriers or cultural differences. Sadly, this experience left a very negative impression on us. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer service training to the staff.

  Worst chipotle I've ever been to. HORRIBLE serving sizes, bad customer service, long lines. All around 1/10.

  I literally eat chipotle everyday! I was in the area and decided to stop here to feed my family of three. Maria rushed making the bowls while displaying poor listening skills. She made multiple mistakes on each bowl but I tried to be non problematic by accepting the mistakes. I politely informed her, She became very hostile and gave very mean looks. Jocelyn then followed behind her and did the same. Jasmine on the other hand was very nice and finished the transaction on a much better note!
