- DJDarien JanayMay 7, 20261.0Today my mother and I were eating lunch. A homeless man came in, not sure if he is even homeless. But he was kindly asking around if anyone had spare change so he could eat. My mother decided to just buy him something, he expressed he only wanted a milkshake. My mother gets up in line with him to place the order, the manager took the order and my mother expressed to her it’s for him. Before approaching they were going to throw him out. My mother placed the order and gave him the straw for his milkshake, and she returned to the table. We go on with our conversation, the man comes back and says “ excuse me mam I think they lost my shake order and what’s the name for it” my mom gets up because she didn’t understand she told the manager it was for him. Then out of nowhere another employee gets the milkshake. They weren’t going to give it to him. Then the employees started to talk about him in Spanish in a rude demeanor. For this being Chick Fil A and their values that’s not what this experience was. Nobody should be mistreated when they aren’t bothering anyone. I believe if we would’ve left they wouldn’t have gave him the milkshake. It was honestly sad to see how the employees interacted with him and how they were bout to treat him.
