  I love Cava it’s really good can’t ever go wrong with them. This location really good as well. The employees very nice and hard working. Really like coming to this location

  Love cava but this location is ALWAYS out of things especially pickled onions & steak. Always disappointed leaving in some way, so much so I had to leave a review finally.

  I placed a mobile order — specifically to skip the line and have my food ready on time — and still waited 30 minutes past my pickup time. That alone defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering. And after all that? I was handed a bowl that was visibly half full. No heads up, no apology, no offer to make it right. Just a short-changed portion handed off like I wouldn't notice. Mobile ordering is supposed to guarantee accuracy AND timeliness. Cava failed on both counts simultaneously. I pre-paid, I planned ahead, I did everything right as a customer — and I still got less food than I ordered after being made to wait like I walked in off the street. This isn't a minor hiccup. This is a broken system, indifferent staff, and a blatant disrespect for the customer's time and money. Charging full price for half a product is not an accident — it's unacceptable.
