  We visited Buffalo Wild Wings at Arundel Mills in Hanover, Maryland tonight and ordered a six-piece bone-in wing order at approximately 9:04 PM. We did not receive our food until around 9:38 PM, despite repeatedly being told for nearly 10 minutes that the order was “being bagged.” When we politely asked the floor manager why the order was taking so long, his response was, “Do you want the chicken to be raw?” We found this reply extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We fully understand that food takes time to prepare properly, but the issue was the lack of honest communication and the dismissive attitude from management. A 30-minute wait for a small wing order, combined with repeated inaccurate updates and rude customer service, made for a very disappointing experience. We are requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for the delay and the way this situation was handled. We have always expected better customer service from Buffalo Wild Wings and hope this matter can be addressed appropriately

  If I could give them 0 star I would! Service is so bad and they don’t care! Anyone can go into the store and take the orders without checking their identities and if that order belongs to that person! I have been three times there and I’ve waited more than 45 minutes each time for a take out not even dining in! I even waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and the order was cancel it at the end

  The food at the Arundel Mills location was good. Our waiter was awful. He was inattentive, didnt bring us napkins, silverware and we had to ask him to come to us for anything we needed. It wasn't that busy, but our drinks were slow, which is okay but my daughter ordered the red bull punch and all they gave her was a can of redbull. It was suppose to be made as a drink. We normally are high tippers, but this was the worst service by far.

  They sat us at table in the middle of the room we asked if we could move to the wall tables she walked away so we moved over on are own she would not serve us until we said something about the service to the manager then she took her time to take are order and bring our drinks we waited for 20 minutes for our drinks and another 15 for our food never go there again never !

  I had a disappointing experience with a delivery order from this Buffalo Wild Wings location recently. Our order was incorrect—we received all boneless wings instead of a mix of bone-in and boneless. When we called the store to resolve it, the initial response was rude and dismissive. After asking to speak with a manager, the General Manager got on the phone and immediately insisted the order was correct because he personally packed it. Instead of checking the order details or listening to the concern, he gave an ultimatum: refund or come pick it up—and repeated multiple times he’s not going to go back-and-forth with me and I was not going to tell him what he did or did not do. Only after we asked for his name and store information did his tone completely change. He then asked for the name on the order and realized he had confused our order with another customer. At that point, he acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund. Mistakes happen—I understand that. The issue was how it was handled. A manager should verify first, not assume the customer is wrong and respond defensively. Customer service should start with listening and accountability, not confrontation. I hope this location improves how they handle situations like this in the future.
