- JJJoshApr 4, 20211.0I will make every attempt to avoid this place in the future. Yes, it’s ice cream, which is hard to mess up. Yet somehow the staff here finds a way to do it. I’d say 2 out of 5 times they’ve messed up my order. They don’t thoroughly mix coffee drinks, and refuse to take the time to understand and verify your order before randomly throwing some combination of food in your bag. Tonight, we stopped by at 8:52 to get a single scoop of ice cream. The “open” light was on when we started circling around, but no one answered at the drive-through. When we pulled up to the window, all the lights had been turned off. Eventually, someone answered the window, telling us they were closed. When asked, he said they closed at 9 on Sundays, and we said it wasn’t yet 9. In a frustrated and dismissive gesture, he pointed around the store and gave the excuse that they had already cleaned up. This just seems par for the course with this particular location, and it has not improved over the last year.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
