This time I got a stale bagel that they somehow burnt. If you want Dunkin' dont go to this one. I wont be returning to this location.

They rush you through ordering and only half pay attention as it is. So, I again asked when I was handed the drink if it was decaf because the sticker did not say decaf and I was told it was. I thought it was weird because the guy at the window immediately started talking to another employee in their language and the other guy came over and looked at us. Well, turns out it was because they were lying….it was fully leaded. I’ve hardly had caffeine in over a year due to a medical issue so I felt it for hours after drinking the coffee. I understand you take a risk when ordering out but you also don’t expect to be blatantly lied to by a business you are spending money at. Oh and there is no point in filling out their survey because last time I did when they made my daughters drink wrong 4 times in a row, they yelled at my husband the next time he was in there. Thankfully I didn’t have a serious medical emergency because of this, I just felt really bad for the day but I worry for anyone who could. Next time I will stick with my gut and insist it be remade if it’s not on the sticker.
