  I was supposed to pick my food at 8:10 pm but they didn’t prepare the order till 8:45 pm . When i tried to ask them they were extremely arrogant about it .. Less than desirable customer service and atmosphere

  The customer service was good and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the food could have been better. The quesadilla we ordered was extremely flat and wrapped in aluminum foil, which stuck to the quesadilla. We had to peel the foil off just to be able to eat it. Hopefully, the preparation and presentation can be improved.

  The staff at the Chipotle appear to be pretty disorganized. Every time that I go there they are out of some basic portion of the meal ( out of white rice, out of chicken, out of vegetables, etc.). When they are out of white rice for example, they will literally scrape the little bit of rice that is caked onto the container and offer it up as the rice for the meal. They also do not have enough people at the line. If you only have 2 people ( 1 cashier and 1 person preparing the meal), then the service is going to be slow. Additionally, the cashiers do not appear to be stepping in to help the prep when there is no one purchasing anything and they could easily do so. I like the food but the service at this place always give me second thoughts about going there.

  I love having a chipotle in Hampstead! The portions have been great and the food always tastes fresh.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really impressed with the new Chipotle in Hampstead! 🌯🔥 The whole place looks nice, clean, neat, and well put together, and the ambience is really welcoming. The staff has also been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The food has been fresh, delicious, and well-prepared, and the portions are excellent! They definitely aren’t stingy with the ingredients, and you actually feel like you’re getting a good amount for what you pay. You can tell the team is following their training and procedures and taking cleanliness and food quality seriously. I know there have been some negative reviews, but I honestly think people should give this location a chance and judge it based on their own experience. It’s a new location, and everyone should be a little patient while the team continues getting into their rhythm. Also, remember that Chipotle isn’t Taco Bell—the food is prepared differently, the process is different, and it can take a little more time to make everything fresh and correctly. Personally, I’d rather wait a little longer for fresh, quality food than rush through a meal. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience here. Fresh food, great portions, friendly staff, clean environment, and a nice atmosphere! Definitely give them a try—you might be pleasantly surprised how good their food is plus since they're brand new you would think all their equipments and cooking utensils are brand new and cleaner so it's definitely better than what you think it is.
