Im so glad this opened up in our neighborhood and no longer need to drive to Westminster. Food has always turned out delicious and worth the money. The staff so far has been helpful and kind. Have experienced some other customers being rude to staff because they ran out of food. To those people please have common sense, courtesy and compassion that this is a new store with new employees including high school aged teenagers doing their best. I rarely have had to wait long for more of either beef or chicken. They have been extremely busy and I understand they are working out kinks and getting used to their routines. My family and I really love the food here and will continue to support this location in our community.

They do not have the food preparation correct yet. Had a lot of fatty pieces in my chicken bowl, fajita vegetables had an overwhelming cumin or pepper taste and the rice was crunchy. I tried calling the store before leaving the review but could not get through. I'm sure they're on a learning curve. Hopefully the management can see this post to help make the adjustments needed so I can eat there again.
One of the better Chipotle restaurants i have been too.People that complain about portions must have never been to Chipotle. Depending on how much of an eater you are depends on what size portions you want. All you have to do is ask for a little more.not rocket science.
I would recommend waiting a few months before visiting the new Chipotle in Hampstead.
I completely understand that they just opened on Tuesday, so they’re still working through the growing pains, and they deserve some grace. That said, when I went last night, it was pretty chaotic.
They seemed to be struggling with food inventory, with multiple items on the line running out and no backups ready. Employees were constantly having to work around each other behind the counter, and the managers didn’t appear to have things under control. The dining room was out of supplies and looked like it hadn’t been maintained, and mobile orders were running well behind schedule.
Opening a new restaurant is never easy, and I genuinely hope they get everything sorted out because it’s great to have a Chipotle in Hampstead. For now, though, I’d give them a little time to find their rhythm before making the trip.
And Chipotle corporate, like your other replies insinuate - I can’t use your contact us, because this location is not listed yet! Did the idea of corporate trainers onsite go away?

I was excited to try this new Chipotle location on its opening day, but unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I expected a great experience, especially for a brand-new restaurant, but the portion sizes were unacceptable.
I received what looked like a teaspoon of rice—it only covered about half of the bottom of the bowl. The chicken portion was just as disappointing, with only a tiny spoonful. My bowl was mostly empty space instead of food.
I understand portions should be consistent, but this was nowhere close to what Chipotle normally serves. I paid for a full meal and left feeling like I barely received anything. For a grand opening, I expected much better. I hope this location improves its portion consistency so future customers have a better experience than I did.I was excited to try this new Chipotle location on its opening day, but unfortunately, I left very disappointed.
