  Ordered through delivery and apparently they use door dash to deliver their food. Watching the updates through their tracking system I had been assigned 4 different dashers. Wingstop not once reached out to me to let me know that the very first dasher stole my food. All they said was that they could not remake my food that I had to contact door dash customer service. After speaking with them I finally got it to where they could remake my order. I tried calling wingstop to verify and was immediately put on hold and they never picked back up so I reached out to the new dasher and she verified that she was there waiting on my food and when my order finally arrived 2 hours later all my food wasn’t even in the bag. You would think that them knowing everything I had already went through with my order that who ever remade my order would have made sure EVERYTHING was inside of the bag. Places like this and people like that are precisely why I cannot stand eating out anywhere anymore. It just keeps getting worse and worse. If you don’t like your job get a new one. I hope the first dasher gets fired and this wingstop needs to replace every employee. Will never order from here again!!!

  ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE AT WINGSTOP! 🍗🔥 I have to take a moment to give a HUGE shoutout to Amora and Lead Manager Malcolm because their customer service was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely taken care of. It’s refreshing to experience people who take pride in what they do and actually care about making sure customers have a great experience. And let’s talk about these WINGS!!! 🤤🍗 The food was FRESH, HOT, JUICY, and seasoned to PERFECTION! I ordered the bone-in Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan wings, and both flavors were absolutely delicious. The Lemon Pepper had the perfect balance of seasoning without being overpowering, and the Garlic Parmesan was rich, flavorful, and packed with flavor in every bite. Everything was prepared with care, and you could tell the food wasn’t just thrown together. The quality was on point from beginning to end! 👏🏾 Amora and Malcolm, THANK YOU for providing the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back. You both deserve recognition for representing Wingstop so well! 💯 Fresh food + amazing flavor + phenomenal customer service = a RECORD-BREAKING experience! 🏆🔥 I will absolutely be back!   Tamara’s customer service is TOP NOTCH!! She went above and beyond for us and is the friendliest woman ever. Corporate should feel lucky to have her here. She is a doll :)

  I placed a delivery order, didn’t receive over half of the order. I tried calling several times and they would just put me on hold and not come back to the phone. Finally got to talk to someone but they weren’t helpful at all. Don’t think we’ll order here again.

  Malcolm was absolutely wonderful. You could tell he cared about his job which was a breath of fresh air. The store was clean and food was hot! This is what a wingstop should be like!
