- DODaniel OlsenApr 1, 20262.0I share this latest experience as a long time fan and former employee of Tropical Smoothie (>20 years ago) I received my order of four smoothies in a drink carrier wrapped in plastic and to no surprise the drinks toppled the moment I lifted the carrier from the counter. 20 minutes later I received the second order of smoothies I paid for to replace them and the spill on the floor was still there. Sitting here in the parking lot looking at a store with no customers remaining and still no sign of anyone going to the front with a mop or even a "wet floor" sign Good food. Very poor customer service.

The rudest, most miserable person I've come across in a while. She is not happy there and has no customer service skills at all. What a miserable person to have dealing with your customers!
