Dear Taco Bell,
Let me start by saying that in my 31 years on this earth, I have never once felt compelled to write a complaint email which has now turned into a public review since I cannot locate an appropriate email address. I have stubbed toes. I have sat in traffic. I have eaten cold pizza for breakfast and called it a win. I am not a complainer. And yet, here we are.
Last Saturday, I visited your location on Wesel Blvd in Hagerstown, MD, and I am sorry to report that the experience was... a lot. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted not by the warm, comforting aroma of seasoned beef and nacho cheese that a Taco Bell should legally be required to smell like — but by the full-force assault of a dirty mop. Not a hint of mop. Not a whisper of mop. A wall of mop. I could not smell a single taco. At a Taco Bell. That felt like a personal offense.
My family, being the troopers they are, decided to push through because hunger is a powerful motivator. We found a table — which, to be fair, took some effort given the trash on the floors and the general state of the dining area. I laid down napkins as a barrier between us and the table surface, which is not something I ever expected to do at a fast food restaurant, or anywhere outside of a camping trip, frankly.
The food arrived cold. Not "could be warmer" cold — more "was this assembled near a window?" cold. Not one piece of cheese had been melted. I politely brought it back, they remade it without fuss, and it was fine. Credit where it's due!
But that smell. I cannot stress this enough. I don't know what is happening with those floors, but I would gently suggest that whatever mop is currently in rotation be retired immediately — possibly ceremonially. The drains may also deserve some attention. Or an exorcism. I'm not here to diagnose the problem, just to report that the problem is significant and very, very fragrant.
I am not looking for coupons or compensation — I just genuinely believe someone in a position of authority should know that this location is out here giving Taco Bell a bad name, one dirty mop swing at a time. You make a good taco. Your fans deserve to smell it.
Respectfully and with great hope for improvement,
Steph

If you want a quick lunch and somewhat less expensive than other chains, come here. Not real mexican, but still tasty.

Ordered 4 supremes and a large drink.
They was out of Mt. Dew. I informed 2 workers of that none of them let me know that they was out until I finished eating and stood at the counter for about 4 minutes. The bathroom had no soap to wash up. These people do not care about the customers.
