  lady told me to hold. continued to take a car’s order that pulled up after me. i moved to a different intercom, and she continued to take another car’s order that pulled in after me. she took both orders immediately, leaving me waiting for 10 minutes. throughout this wait i pressed the button, yet no response and no order taken

  I don't understand how you can mess up an order every time we go, but the employee's here figured it out. Granted, I i typically go with two or more people, but its always at least two parts of our order are wrong. This time, it was forgetting my groovy sauce, putting ketchup on the smash burger thats supposed to have the smasher sauce (mind you, it has smasher by default, i got the sandwich as it comes), and not putting the coconut in my soda (they did put the lime in there, you order them both together.) Last time, they forgot multiple food items, and the sauce. They're strangely consistent about missing stuff. This won't stop me from going here, but it's definitely the worst Sonic in the area.

  Waited over 45 minutes for 2 drinks. 2 other cars who pulled up after us got their stuff before us.

  Waited in a stall for over 15 minutes with our food saying it’s on the way then we ate told to go to the drive through but the speaker isn’t working. Meanwhile employees are dancing in the parking lot and I still haven’t gotten my ice cream this place is supposed to quick, as in Sonic deeply disappointed I don’t usually come here and tonight I was reminded why.
