Caleb is an awesome waiter. We ask for him anytime we're go. The Teriyaki skewers over rice is delicious as was the Ceasar Salad. My husband had the Filet with Shrimp over it, he really liked it.

I would like to share the terrible experience my husband, our 4 kids, and I had tonight at Outback Steakhouse located at 240 Railway Ln, Hagerstown, MD 21740. We ordered our food and drinks and were patiently waiting for our meals when our 18-month-old son was fussy and yelling here and there, as toddlers naturally do. At one point, we gave him his drink and he accidentally knocked it onto the floor with his arm. Our waitress, Griffin, came over to clean it up with a very obvious attitude. We apologized and tried to move on. Shortly after, Griffin came back to our table and told us that another table was complaining about our son’s occasional yelling and that someone had even gone outside to “call someone” about it. Then she continued by saying that our son was “literally yelling,” biting a paper coaster, and throwing a cup, saying that this behavior was “not normal.” Let me repeat: our son is 18 months old. I then asked to speak with the manager, hoping the situation would be handled professionally, but instead the manager repeated the exact same complaints Griffin had made. Rather than showing any understanding toward a family with small children, we were made to feel judged, embarrassed, and completely unwelcome. At that point, I asked for the check and said we would just leave. The manager simply replied, “Okay,” with no apology, no concern, and no attempt to resolve the situation. We paid $126 for food we never even got to eat. What we experienced tonight felt like racism and discrimination. We were treated as if our family — and specifically our child — was a problem simply for existing in the restaurant. Toddlers can be fussy, yell here and there, throw cups accidentally, and make messes sometimes. That is normal behavior for an 18-month-old child. No family should ever be made to feel humiliated or unwelcome while trying to enjoy a meal together. We will NEVER return to this location again.

First time at out back and i will NOT be returning. I would not recommend this restaurant or at least this location, I believe it was the manager (she had grey hair) she came over to my table saying i looked to young to be able to leave a tip. Genuinely appalled by this behavior I am 24 years old for reference and this encounter with this employee was unwarranted she was not even my server (hence my thinking she may be a manager). Do not come here.

Went out got three kids meals between three 18 years old , they said absolutely nothing just took our order, we were balling on a budget and wanted to leave a generous tip because it was slow, she charged us 12$ for adult drinks because we “had one kids drink refill” mind you it says FREE refills. The server brought the manager over and she was incredibly rude saying “you are clearly too old for kids meals can you not afford to eat out?” to which i responded i wanted to have enough money to leave a good tip as the restaurant was slow.
