  Used restrooms 1st no soap boys and girls all hand sanitizer in restrooms and out empty. so I was like if I can't wash my hands where the employees wash theirs? We left got nothing to eat

  This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to some bad ones before. I ordered two snack wraps and got one. My husband ordered food and we got the wrong order. Then we went inside for a latte. They told us the machine was broken. So we ordered a iced coffee and they returned with a latte that now all of sudden worked. When I tasted it it tasted like pure milk. They also forgot the cookies we ordered. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Corporate needs to pay a surprise visit because this one isn’t it!

  Lately when I have been going to this McDonald's, it takes forever to get your food when you do get your food. It's cold. I got my breakfast sauce on the side of my breakfast sandwich. The boy tried to charge me extra for the breakfast sauce because he had to put it in a cup absolutely not it shouldn't matter if I wanted it on the side you don't charge me for an extra cup. You don't do that when you put lettuce on the side in a cup, you just charged me for the extra lettuce, not the extra lettuce and an extra cup so don't do that second of all I asked for extra syrup and I paid for it didn't get that either and I had to wait on my food for 15 minutes with nobody else in the drive-through the one boy that they have working in the drive-through is extremely slow. I know yes he may have some disability and I get that that's fine, but somebody help him and somebody teach him how things are around. You cannot be charging somebody extra for something that already comes on their sandwich and then argue with them in the drive-through window that they are wrong and then please make sure that you put people's sauces in their bags and whatever else they pay for extra in the bag.

  Ahh. McDonald's. My go to place when I'm feeling blue. However this McDonald's like almost all of the others on the area are owned by the same company and frankly the upper management must suck. They routinely don't give napkins or other condiments and you have to ask at the counter for all of them. I've been to this McDonald's and was told that they ran out of salt. That's insane. That's like the ocean being out of water. Anyway there's nothing to do about the local multi store management as I've tried to contact them and let them know how I felt about how they are destroying McD's experience but alas they never responded to my concerns. Don't expect much from McDonald's in the Hagerstown Maryland area.
