  My family and I almost shop here everyday but this morning I received a text message from my mom saying how sad she was when she did the scan and go and they had to make her look suspicious and scanned all of her items. The purpose of scan and go is to scan a go. They just defeated the whole purpose of that by scanning everything again and wasting her time. Plus making my mom look like a shoplifter. We come here everyday and this is what we get? This is also not the first time that the customer service is bad.

  Leaves plastic around the meat before slicing, happened numerous times in the past 3 months. This is where I usually get my meats from but if you can’t see plastic around pepperoni / salami that’s a whole different issue. Lost my business

  An associate that was not clocked in had a full cart and I had a card and a gift card in my hand. I was standing in the line for about five minutes and then a register closer to her opened up and she went first absolutely poor horrible customer service. In such inconsiderate workers.

  Ordered online pickup. LOVED it that the paper bags, default pack in, has 2 strong handles on the bags. I have done online Food Lion and online Walmart. I pick up all the time. I forgot if Walmart's direct does paper or plastic. Food Lion direct's default are papper bags. No store's direct gives you choices on paper or plastic. So, I LOVE Martin's strong handles on their bags. I have only ordered online once at Martin's. I don't know if it was because I was using my husband's employee's reward card or not, but I never received anything via email about my order. I wonder if that is the reason?
