  Whenever I pickup orders from this Martins, half the time it takes forever for someone to bring the order out, and the other half the time I have to go in and get the order myself. What's the point in having curbside pickup if I have to constantly hobble across the parking lot with my cane?

  Martin's is genuinely such a nice store to shop at. Many of the workers here are so friendly and welcoming. There was this one guy in particular who worked here as a cashier. I don't think he works here anymore, but he was around my age (like 17) and he had kinda blonde curly hair and glasses (I don't remember his name 😭😭). He was always so kind and funny and talked to everyone and was genuinely a nice person to be around. He would always greet me and talk to me whenever he saw me here. He was also really helpful and considerate bc he would always ask how our shopping experience was going and whenever I would get gum he would ask if it was okay to hand it to me instead of bagging it so I wouldn't have to look for it. There was even one time when I was really sad and started crying while my mom was checking out and he came up to me and asked me if I was alright and offered me a tissue. This cashier always made my shopping experience better whenever I had to shop here. He made everyone feel seen. Whoever he was, he was one of the best associates here. 💗

  I was at the store 5/24 about 8 pm. There was no regular register open. Register #10 had their light off and was finishing last shopper in line. I went to service desk to see when another register would open. No one there. The phone rang and rang. Forced to use self check out. Not my job.

  It’s a decent store, but whomever picks their products seems odd in their selections at times. Multiple types and brands of creamy nut butters, but only one brand of crunchy and crunchy no-stir peanut butter, and sometimes only one or none of those. Multiple brands of sweet relish, but only one or occasionally two of dill relish. They regularly run out of gluten free waffles, and too many gluten free products have dairy (another food allergen) in them. Also, some of their products are pricier, but generally good quality, clean, and open late.
