  I placed an online order at 10:58 and still had to wait for my order to be prepared upon entering the drive thru around 11:30. I also did not receive one of the drinks for my combo or my potato salad that I had ordered. The sandwich that I had received also looked nothing like the one I had ordered earlier on in the week from another location. Overall, I was disappointed in my visit to this location after having a great one at another location.

  I keep trying to give y'all a chance.... First it was cucumbers pretending to be pickles. Next it was the uncut pickle and cucumbers in my sandwich. Now it's burnt as hell. I shouldn't have to check my food before leaving to make sure it's correct. This is why no one goes here if they can help it.

  Absolutely awful experience, I had ordered 2 giant roast beef and cheddar toasted with avocado, when I got home the subs were not toasted, no cheddar cheese, and no avocado. Called the store and was first told they definitely toasted and put cheddar cheese on, then the employee said he could give me his manager's PERSONAL NUMBER, so I could call him and he could give me a refund. It is not my job or at all what any customer should do to call a manager on his time off to fix a problem made in store. Absolutely atrocious service and no respect for their manager's time.
