    Can’t seem to get an order right. Got 4 subs/wraps and only one was right.

    Placed a mobile order at 11:19 for “ASAP” and pulled into the drive thru at 11:30. It took nearly 5 minutes for an employee to answer at the speaker. I don’t mind a wait, but a “I’ll be right with you” or something been nice as I was questioning if they were even open. I told them I had a mobile order and was told to pull up to the window. There was one car in front of me initially and I could see one customer inside of the store. The car in front of me pulled off shortly after I got behind them and I waited at the window for over 10 mins. During this time, 3 different employees looked at me but did not acknowledge my existence in any form. I could see the two male employees scrolling on their phones and standing around chatting, so it’s not like they were busy with other orders. Again, I understand things can get busy at times, but this was not the case. After more than 10 mins of being completely ignored I pulled around to pick up my order inside as I was running out of time to pick my child up from a nearby camp at noon. I went inside with my sleeping toddler draped over my shoulder (the entire reason I was trying to utilize the drive thru) and was again, completely ignored. There was one customer in front of me at the counter. The employees were moving slow as molasses and I only saw one of the three actually WORKING. The two male employees were again just standing around being useless. I waited patiently and politely and finally had to leave without the food that I PAID for because it was almost noon. Mind you, I ordered two sandwiches at 11:19. That’s all. So much for freaky fast. I just wanted my money back and took the L on getting lunch for myself and my child, so I called customer service and was told my issue had to be “escalated” and I would be getting a call or email by the next day. It’s been over 48 hours and nothing. What a mind boggling experience and extremely disappointing that I don’t have my money back. Seems to me that the employees were purposely not giving me my subs so they could get a free lunch.

    All the guys that I interacted with were kind and seemed excited to serve me. This was my first time at a Jimmy John’s and told them that. They assisted with picking out a sub and then listed the possible sides I could get. Thank you for an enjoyable 1st experience!!!

    I placed an online order at 10:58 and still had to wait for my order to be prepared upon entering the drive thru around 11:30. I also did not receive one of the drinks for my combo or my potato salad that I had ordered. The sandwich that I had received also looked nothing like the one I had ordered earlier on in the week from another location. Overall, I was disappointed in my visit to this location after having a great one at another location.
