There used to be a lady that worked there that I loved and was so nice but since she left the place has gone way downhill. They mess up my order every single time I go there and then get an attitude when you make them fix it. Can’t even make a bagel with cream cheese properly. Will continue to drive the extra miles out of the way to go to another Dunkin.

They try to charge me extra for the whipped cream and drizzle, even though it appears on the menu board and the drink and the app before you order it they also never make my drinks correct I always have to take them back in and get them remade. Staff is mean
- MMMycApr 21, 20263.0Got my normal hash browns and espresso, but added loaded hashbrowns today too. Waited nearly 15 min for them inside and then got the loaded hashbrowns with cold cheese all over it. The espresso was very on point though with nice crema on top.
