  Order screens weren't acting right, little 💦back girl in there was giving attitude. Basically implying I was trying to get free food. Took forever also to get our order.

  They refused to serve my husband and his coworkers! They refuse walk in and walk up service! Telling multiple customers that it was drive thru only! On Google all services walk up,walk in ,and drive thru are all available options! Not a good start!!!

  We have tried it atleast 5 times since they have been open thinking things would get better and no luck.They throw chocolate donuts in a bag that are melted and bagels are so dry you need a drink just to wash them down

  This is located within walking distance from my house so decided to bring my kids up there and oh my God! $13 for six donuts!!! Absolutely crazy it’s cheaper to get in my car and drive an extra mile down the road to any of the other three locations and pick up a six pack of donuts for seven dollars. Highly highly highly disappointed in the pricing will not stop there again. For that price, I’ll drive to the Dutch market and get fresh donuts

  Brand new Dunkin' location on south end of Hagerstown. This is the 9th store in the general area and honestly a solid one. They have 4 ways you can pick up your drink - Drive thru, curbside, walk up window, walk up inside. So far, there hasn't been too many cars and the drink today was great. Definitely a much needed spot on this end of town!
