  They need to do better at drive thru having to wait for mobile order for 20 min is crazyyyyyyy. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!!!

  the guy taking our order in the drive thru was so rude. I ordered my latte and he abruptly said “Ok, pull up” and my friend politely said there was one more latte and he audibly sighed 💀 then we pulled up and waited TEN MINUTES in the window. there was no one else there and no mobile orders being made he just decided to do that. Then when we finally got our drinks instead of my friend getting her Pumpkin Latte she just got a smaller version of my drink which was completely different 😭

  This location should close. I walked in to a six foot counter and realized it was geared to drive through. Two workers one was a teen another was older. I ordered a dozen donuts. Could full the order. The old fashion was 3 left. She filled the first box which was too small. After much delay she figured out that a dozen would not fit. Then on to a bigger box. After she filled the second box she could not figure out how to close the box. Why would Dunkin hire people with no life skills? In another stop in Jefferson Md order 1 glazed donut. Staff replied all out. How Dunkin’ donut corporate continue to hire people to support the bran and establish a store hear marked to fail to incompemance? . I will never be a customer of DD. I advise other would be customers to not shop at DD. I hope corporate picks up on the my post!

  They refused to serve my husband and his coworkers! They refuse walk in and walk up service! Telling multiple customers that it was drive thru only! On Google all services walk up,walk in ,and drive thru are all available options! Not a good start!!!

  We have tried it atleast 5 times since they have been open thinking things would get better and no luck.They throw chocolate donuts in a bag that are melted and bagels are so dry you need a drink just to wash them down
