The girl picked her ears and then kept doing the ice cream, and shoved the ice cream in the cup with her fingers at the blizzard machine. Another girl made a blizzard, licked under her finger nails and then kept taking orders. We ended up asking for a refund and did not get the ice cream. It’s just gross
- KAKayla AnnApr 20, 20261.0I would never recommend this place, not even to my enemies. The customer service is very inconsistent. There were three girls behind the counter, and one of them was extremely rude, speaking badly about a new hire. I’m pretty sure her name is Cheyenne or something like that, I honestly can’t imagine working with someone like her. When I asked another employee about my order, she responded politely and even asked if I needed anything else. However, the entire time I was sitting down enjoying my ice cream, I could hear the girl complaining and making constant negative remarks about the new hire. It was incredibly disrespectful, especially since everyone around could hear what she was saying. I feel terrible for that new employee.
