I understand mistakes happen, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating having to explain and correct the same thing every time. I would really appreciate it if orders were followed as requested, especially for something as simple as choosing between a cone and a cup. I enjoy coming here and just hope there can be a little more attention to order details.
