  Yeah time to avoid this location. Slow as can be, workers who don’t want to, and last time watched an employee fail to fold my burrito and try and serve it to me after it fell off the tinfoil and all over the counter. Going to make the extra trip to Garland Groh from now on

  As someone with Celiac disease, it’s difficult to try new restaurants. I routinely go to the Chipotle by my house but decided to give this one a chance since I was in the area. The employee I encountered first, along with everyone else, was knowledgeable and so kind about what I needed to eat safely. As soon as I said “celiac,” he immediately started changing his gloves and knew what I needed. The rest of the employees didn’t rush me/us or make it seem like I was an inconvenience even though I went at a busy time. Food was delicious and service was great! I feel confident about coming back and getting “safe” food that I can enjoy!

  waited in mobile pickup line for 15 minutes for two bowls of half serving slop in completely smashed containers. never again

  2nd worst experience at a Chipotle I've ever had (the other one we never even got food). The cilantro lime sauce was OFF, it tasted like dill pickles and was not the same stuff I've enjoyed at other locations. The workers were super slow and somehow they split my order into 2 separate transactions (not at my request, didn't use any coupons or anything). The Garland Groh location in Hagerstown is way better.

  On three separate occasions I have ordered food ahead at this location because of their window option. Two times we ordered in the middle of dinner and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes in line for our food. I chalked it up to just being a very popular location and poor timing. This most recent time we ordered in the middle of the afternoon not during a rush, we arrived after our scheduled pickup time to an empty parking lot and no cars in line and still the food was not ready, it wasn't event started. There is a clear management issue at this location that needs to be addressed. I can understand in busy times food taking extra time, but when there is nobody in the store and it takes over 5 minutes for anyone to even come to the window to talk to us there is clearly a larger issue than sales volume. When we asked the manager why it was so late she told us that she didn't have the staff
