  I placed an online order & the mild salsa was very spicy & had a ton of jalapeno seeds in it so I went back & the manager & other workers weee so incredibly kind & helpful; didn’t get annoyed at all & quickly allowed me to reorder 2 more burritos & this time I left off the salsa (to be safe) but I was impressed by how well this was handled!! & the new burritos were amazing & the other original burritos from my order were great & made very well! The manager who helped me was Ashley & she stood out especially compared management at other restaurants!!

  I wrote a glowing review of this Chipotle 4 months ago which I will paste below, but I find it important to update it with my recent experiences. First, I still come all the time. With that being said, it seems like the crew got a complete overhaul as I don’t recognize most of the employees anymore. I guess they have not been trained on Celiac disease like the last crew seemed to have been which is fine, I have no problem educating more people about it. With that being said, I had no problems with my own bowl. It was actually quite delicious. What I have a problem with is that my daughter gets a scoop of rice and shredded cheese as her meal (and sour cream if she’s being super adventurous.) To be clear, I’ve done this since last October when we were first diagnosed and there were no problems. The last three times I’ve gotten this, two of the times was with this new crew of people. The old crew didn’t bat an eye and charged me the sides. This new one wants to charge it as a whole veggie bowl at $10+. That is INSANE for a scoop of rice and pinch of shredded cheese. If they’re going to start up charging it, why in the world would they not do it as a kids meal?!?! It took me telling them multiple times my daughter couldn’t get the actual kids meals because of her disease and are they not going to accommodate her. From now on, I guess I’ll order her a kids meal and make them put all the same stuff in there and now they’ll also have to give us a drink and fruit for the kids meal price of $5.95. Honestly, they’ll be out more product and I know I’m not getting scammed being asked to pay $10+ for rice and cheese. The old review is below, and I’m sad it seems like we’ve gone in the opposite direction. ———————————————————————————— I’m going to start by admitting I go to Chipotle way too often. 😂 But back in the fall of 2025 my daughter and I were diagnosed with Celiac disease. I continued coming here and would share that with the employees and ask for certain accommodations. They have always done a fantastic job of doing what I asked and making this one of my “safe” food places. (I don’t have many.)Although they’ve always done a great job, I still hate feeling like an inconvenience and holding everyone up while I explain everything. Yesterday, I came in to get dinner, and I said, “I have Celiac disease,” and the woman immediately knew what needed to happen. What a sense of relief. I have never had that happen before. I thought maybe she was just familiar with the disease, but I came in today to get lunch for my daughter, and I said it to another employee. He immediately started doing all the protocols that I used to have to explain each time. I can’t explain how incredible it made me feel to not have to explain it all and receive safe food. I don’t know if it’s because of how often we came in the last 6 months sharing the name of our disability and needed accommodations, or if there was just updated training, but I will continue to share how amazing the workers are here regarding food safety and disabilities.   I visited this location specifically to use a gift card I'd received as a gift. At checkout, I was told their system doesn't accept gift cards, and hasn't for quite some time. I ended up paying out of pocket for a meal I only chose because I thought the gift card would cover it. If I'd known, I would have gone somewhere cheaper. Pretty frustrating experience, and it would be great if they fixed this as the employee said, it has been this way for quite some time.

  Ordered chips and gracious with my meal. The guac looks like it has been out all day and not mixed with anything. Very disappointed and still hungry. I am open to modify my review if I see improvements, specifically the guacamole.
