Spoke to an employee that said they were working on it, a few minutes later another employee asks us what we ordered, and then had a third employee come out to tell us they were unable to receive my order even though my mobile app went through. Multitude of other customers pulled up and got their orders during this time which was confusing to me, and the third employee that came out and handed me my order that he said they did not have, and it was like warm at best. I understand the system went down and how chaotic it can get but the lack of communication between employees is just insane that I got three different interactions. Something I’ve noticed at this location is there’s a culture change and it’s not for the better.

Our food was setting there and she had to ask for it while they were too busy giggling at each other. Then when they finally decided to move the order was still wrong. She complained to the manager but you could tell he wasn't sure how to handle the other employees. Chic fil a used to be known for their great service but at least at this location the service is pathetic. I don't recommend the chic fil a by Sam's club in hagerstown to anybody, it is very poorly ran!!

Everything we ordered was complete including sauces which on occasion, one or more will get left out. I was in line at 10:28 a.m., and the car in front of me just sat there instead of pulling forward. Because of that delay, by the time it was my turn, the clock had just rolled over to 10:30 a.m. I tried to order breakfast, but I was told they wouldn’t take the order because breakfast had just ended. That seems really unfair. I was already in line before the breakfast cutoff, and the only reason I missed it was because the customer ahead of me held up the line—something completely out of my control. It would have been nice if there were at least a little flexibility for customers who were already waiting. What’s even more inconvenient is that places like Sheetz serve breakfast 24 hours a day, so it’s hard not to compare the customer experience. It makes situations like this feel unnecessary. Like I said, most of my visits here are fine, and I’ve had good experiences before. But this one left a bad impression. Penalizing customers who were already in line because the clock changed by a minute or two doesn’t seem like the best way to treat people.
