As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- MFMatthew FreemanMay 13, 20261.0Came in very excited to get a Bufford,this after standing at the counter for twenty minutes (during this time one person spoke to me as I stood at the register and told me he would be along shortly). By this time other customers had come in and stood for less than five minutes and the drive thru guy came over and waited on them while I stood there staring at him. I looked at my wife who was completely wanting to leave at this point and asked if she knew of something better and we walked out, sadly to say forever. If you have that horrible of customer service then you don't want my money and I won't be giving it either. If you prize good customer service as I do, then this is the place to avoid.

I have been coming here for 4 years and never received the poor..lack of customer service like I did that day!!!! If it happens again Im getting her name and calling cooperate!!!!

I asked why they said I got the BOGO. Then they couldn't figure out what a BOGO is. Then they said I don't have enough points to use the sign up BOGO offer. I left. Don't know how the food is. Won't come back.

That’s the window sticker. Also I was told by staff I also have free fry with $1 purchase. I said ok I will get a fry. Than I was told he can’t apply it. Like why??? I have an account and can’t use anything. Very upset with the service. Just wanted lunch as I drive for a living
