  This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience at this place. The service from the waiters is abysmal; the restaurant was empty—with five waiters on duty—yet they kept walking right past us. We sat there for 10 minutes, and they didn't even bring me a menu. The service was just as bad last time, and the food was terrible. I thought today would be different. I won't be coming back, nor will I recommend this place.

  The waitress was nice but the wait plus my food not being cooked thoroughly ruined my experience.

  One of my favorite places to get food! Pick-up or dine-in doesn't matter. The staff is always really nice, the food is great & I've never had anything from here that wasn't awesome!

  Wow, has this place gone downhill, if you want to go to a restaurant that smells like moldy mildewy bathroom smell as soon as you walk in the door this is your place. It’s very obvious that they do not clean the restaurant and or bathrooms properly because as soon as you open the front door, you can smell the bathrooms from there I don’t know how this place is still in business and has passed its health inspections by the state of Maryland or the city of Hagerstown. There is a reason you have 3 or more mops so this does not happen, bathroom, front house, and back house mops should always be kept separate. Grease doesn’t make its way to front house dinning areas and bathroom related germs and smells don’t make it to the kitchen or front house dinning areas. Staff: both of our servers over the several nights, we went out of convenience because this was close to our hotel. We’re not up to speed in industry knowledge. The first guy we had , his badge said certified trainer, god I hope not he could even remember 2 out of a 3 drink order. The second gal was nice obviously newer and trying her best and did a pretty good job, she tried to keep up with his busy as it was especially when we had our large group in there. She got yelled at by the bartender because I asked for a last call beer right at last call. Then the bartender comes out from behind the bar because she saw a guy come talk to us and said “do you know who the guy in the Star Wars shirt is? He didn’t pay his tab.” Myself, I’ve worked in the service industry And I know this kind of stress that it puts on a bartender Or server, and even though the bartender Was yelling at other staff members and would not give me a last call beverage I still paid the guys tab that I didn’t even know that well Just so she wouldn’t have to pay the difference on her drawer at the end of the night. Food was OK at best not as good as it used to be. I started coming out to Hagerstown in 2002 before this place was around so I’ve seen a lot of changes over there in my travels. I don’t know if I will ever return to this restaurant again due to the fact that it seems like there is no understanding of customer service and or health and safety protocols, I have never seen a Buffalo wild wings in this much lack of maintenance and care, and Buffalo wild wings is always my go to when I travel someplace.

  Went there with some friends to watch NCAA championship game. Got there and the game wasn’t even on the TVs. Music was blaring and we asked to turn on the audio for the game, employee said they had to check with the manager but we never heard back and the game audio never came on. Service was painfully slow, might have been 15-20 other people in the restaurant but it was still slow. Paid $11 for 6 of the smallest chicken wings I’ve ever seen. Server was not at all personable and not at all responsive to requests or refills. This place has certainly gone down hill. I would recommend other establishments for watching sporting events.
