Received a text from the cake decorator confirming what I wanted written on the cake and confirmed the order was good to go for Friday. Arrived on Friday and was told my cake was not there. I was told that the cake decorator comes in at 5:00 and they would make sure my cake was the first to be taken care of. Tried calling multiple times at 6:00 phone disconnects. Drove over to the store to get a status of the cake and I was told they didn’t get the order and the cake is not ready. Very poor customer service, she started the conversation with “what’s up” I explained my situation again..no apology, just that she didn’t get the order and asked if I needed the cake this evening… yes I did. I requested a refund and will now figure another option out.
