The guy in the bakery dept asked his manager and said yes, we could buy buttercream for $8 a pound. When we get there, the guy in the bakery dept said no, they don’t have buttercream. When we told them we called ahead of time and the manager said yes. The guy said his manager isn’t there and nobody notified him that there would be buttercream in the back. He looked like he was lost and had no idea what buttercream was. He didn’t even do a thorough job looking or tried calling his manager on the phone to confirm. Why hire someone that has no knowledge of the products they sell. We traveled a good bit to that location. What a waste.
