- KGKimberly GriggsSep 4, 20261.0If this is the 5 Guys off of Greenbelt Rd where the Dunkin Donuts location is. O will.mpre than likely never go back. I had the worse service ever. O've been to a few 5 Guys never has the service been this bad. The young lady who took the order was fine, but the black woman and the black male doing the cooking, that's another story. She was fussing about something the whole time I was there , with other customers waiting. It wasn't crowded thank goodness, however, the two of them basically stopped cooking while they went back and forth with whatever she was fussing about. So unprofessional... The Latino woman was having her break and stopped to help move things along since the 2 of them didn’t think it was important enough to stop their conversation and focus on the customers waiting for their orders. This is not how customers should be treated. I feel, If you don't like your job then go home and give it to someone who can appreciate being employed!!

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
